Located on the shores of Lake Huron in the beautiful town of Goderich, Ontario. We strive to provide you with affordable premium quality fabric in designs you just can't get enough of. Laketown Knits has been in business since July 2020, currently carrying a variety of 220 knits. We plan on expanding the line-up in the coming months...

I caught the fabric bug in 2015 when I started a small home sewing business making children's accessories and clothing. I soon found myself wanting more from the fabric selection available, especially for little boys - since I am a proud mom of boys!

My love of sewing quickly turned to a love of fabric!

My love of sewing began as a high school student in England where I trained as a seamstress. Later marrying a Canadian and raising a family in Canada I rediscovered my passion and made clothing for my children. Now I love the fabric as much as anything!
Today I sew for my Grandchildren and Hunter's Heroes.
